Time to relax

Not wrote much for a while. Anyway not long back from a trip to

the UK, relaxed a bit partyed a bit to, also managed to visit the pride carnival in Manchester it was great so many people were there to support it.. great day.went for 6days decided to stay for 10days

Did a lot of walking while i was there mine and Tina's feet where

aching every day which was weird considering no heavy shopping trips were involved just a few small ones. Also took a trip to Liverpool seen the Beatles cavern club and Mathew street. And went on the ferry across the Mersey which I've not been on since i was a small child.

We all know and remember a smily person - someone whose heart seems to radiate through their smile. And when they do, notice how it's almost impossible not to smile back...unless you are feeling very, very grumpy! So if you don't feel a smile coming on - why not do it anyway. Not only does it transform your inner chemical production and create 'happy hormones', but when people are on the end of your smile, they smile back (well most do). And if you really don't genuinely feel like smiling at life, the universe and everybody - fake it until you make it!

It’s been said that you cannot give away what you do not have. One of the most spiritual important insights or secrets in life is that you already have, and always have had, what you need to give away! If you impart the message that ‘I am not worthy’ the universe will send it straight back in many shapes, forms and circumstances. When we say ‘give me’ we are imparting this message. We are saying we think we need to get something to complete ourselves or prove our worth. Most of us are taught to live a life of gimmie gimmie gimmie – always striving, desiring, wanting, struggling. We do so only because we think that when we get what we want we will be fulfilled and esteemed by others. But it’s an illusion. We are all already complete and worthy but we cannot know it and experience it, until we give it away! Only giving allows us to know what we are and what we have within. Ask the question – how can I serve? The intention to serve will point you towards what you need to give. If the intention is real it also generates the will. The most successful people in life are not go getters, but go givers!
